The data may be made available to contractors and consultants by organizations meeting the license restrictions, but only for use on behalf of the organization, and only if each such person agrees in writing (a) to be bound by the same limitations on use as apply to the organization; and (b) to return to the organization all SPOT Data upon completion of the contracting or consulting engagement. Data will not be distributed to contractors or consultants via this web site -- contractors and consultants must obtain the data from the organization for which they are performing work. How can the data be acquired?
