| Daily climatological data
from National Weather Service (NWS) stations in the state of Idaho are available for
download as comma-delimited text files (.csv). These daily data are supplied to
INSIDE Idaho by the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC)
and by Idaho State Climate Services (ISCS).
For information on how these data were collected, please see the NWS Cooperative
Observer Program here. Monthly
climatological data are available from ISCS here.
Data for other states are available from the NCDC
or the Western Region Climate Center (WRCC).
The "Field Definitions" link provides definitions for each field and the data
they contain. The "Climate" link allows you to download a comma-delimited
text file (.csv) by:
- Choosing between 1 and 4 stations.
- Choosing a range of years and months for that/those station(s).
- Choosing parameters for that range of years and months for that/those station(s).
- Clicking on the "Download File" link.
