GeoTrack is a freely distributed standalone redistricting solution
for use with autoBound redistricting and reapportionment system. The goal of
the software is to provide users unfamiliar with the operation of a
Geographic Information System with the ability to perform redistricting
tasks and more importantly review plans under consideration.
