Tutorial

This tutorial is designed to help users understand how the Interactive Numeric and Spatial Information Data Engine for Idaho (INSIDE Idaho) web site is organized, what data are available, and how they can use the data.

As this is a tutorial, it's meant to be gone through in order, as each section builds on earlier sections.  When you complete one section, move on to the next.

The first five topics (Overview through Data Standards) will give you an overall understanding of the project and the data available on the web site.  The final four topics (Download through Application) offer step-by-step instructions on how to download, decompress, and view GIS data.

Below is a list of each of the tutorial topics and what question each one aims to answer.
